The
Same difference...
How Len Same turned one rainy night
into a lifetime of good.
Gunfire erupted the moment the men
hit the ground. But, Len Same was
ready.
This was a war that no one liked.
The sun was falling as fast as the
pelting rain that day. Len Same and
his seven Navy Seal commandos leapt
from the lip of their helicopter and
had scarcely enough time to hit the
Vietnam jungle floor before they
were engaged - on two sides
simultaneously - by the enemy. As a
Seal, you’re trained to be prepared
for anything - darkness, inclement
weather, fatigue. Now that he was
here, in live combat, that training
was paying off tenfold. The
firefight was lengthy. As the
platoon saw its supply of ammunition
dwindling, they radioed for the
helicopter to return and extract
them. Moments later it was on the
ground, but Len knew from his
training that a mad dash by the
whole platoon could have lethal
consequences. Len was the only one
who remained. As the rest of the
squad retreated to the chopper, he
stayed behind; firing at the enemy
so his mates could get
back
safely. When he saw that the rest of
the platoon had made it back, Len
too double-timed it back to the
helicopter. Safely, and without a
single friendly casualty to report,
the chopper steadily rose above the
jungle and returned to camp.
Making a difference
In issuing him a Bronze Star for
distinguished combat and heroism
during the operation, the navy wrote
of Len: “Without regard for his
personal safety, he continued to
provide accurate and effective
automatic weapons fire while his
squad joined a second squad in
helicopter extraction.” It was clear
that Len was the difference in the
mission.
Time passed
So many years have passed since that
day in the jungle. But so many
things about Len have remained the
same. Opportunities for heroism
rarely reveal themselves anymore.
Len is just another resident you may
pass on the street some day. He’s a
lot like you in many ways, no doubt:
a family he loves and cherishes and
a job he works hard at. But of all
the things Len has carried with him
since that summer day, the one that
stands out above the rest is a
commitment, a deep-seeded desire to
make a difference in people’s lives.
No night was ever the same as this
one
One rainy night changed Len Same’s
life forever. It showed him the
value and importance of working hard
and making a difference in people’s
lives.
Years have passed since that night.
But Len remains committed to that
ideal and to you.
Looking Back
“I look to that rainy night as
inspiration,” Len says. “I didn’t
hit the ground with the intention of
being a hero; I was focused on doing
my job the best I could. The rest
was extra. That focus on doing the
best job I can possibly do is
something I have ingrained in my own
heart and mind. The arena is much
different now, but the effect is
identical.” Today, Len likes to
apply what he calls the “Same
Difference” to his career as a real
estate professional. That is, with
that emphasis on making a positive
difference in the lives of his
clients, he can assure them that
their personal real estate goals are
well within reach. Better still, he
can help them achieve those goals.
.
The same is True
Len knows the same is true in your
case, and that’s why, when the time
comes to make a move, “The Same
Difference” can be your greatest
asset. Len can help you and your
family achieve the goals you hold so
dear with his patented house to home
process. Call Len, because other
agents just aren’t the Same. The Len
Same difference, simply put, its
Len’s personal emphasis on making a
positive difference in the lives of
others. It’s something he’s always
believed in.
How the real estate industry works
The Majority
Most agents spend the majority of
their time and resources prospecting
for new business - things like: cold
calling and door knocking.
How Len works
Len devotes himself to serving the
needs of his clients before, during
and after each transaction. During
their real estate transaction, He
provides a level of attention to
detail that causes his clients to
want to refer their family, friends
and associates.
The Benefit to Len’s Clients
Len’s copyrighted HOUSE to HOME
system, his knowledge gained through
20 years of buying and selling real
estate and his connection with
professional service providers allow
him to help his clients accumulate
and protect wealth within their
house as they find enjoyment in
their home.
You will appreciate the level of
attention Len provides to everyone
you send to him (and you will be the
hero).
